Challenge 2010 "Raiders of the Lost Warp"

This year’s challenge is a treasure hunt. Our intrepid librarian, Barbara Nitzberg, has braved the depths of the Loom and Shuttle vault to unearth long forgotten formulas and incantations for the perfect cloth.
Barbara will be handing out these ancient texts at the meeting. Your challenge is to interpret the runes and use the old wisdom to inspire your piece, a magic carpet, perhaps, or a cloak of invisibility. Imagination is the only limit. The treasures will be revealed at the December meeting.

Photos of the Container Challenge

To Bead or Not To Bead The 2009 guild challenge was displayed and "judged" at the December meeting. Although the "awards" given out were silly, the pieces were not. The challenges continue to illustrate what a creative, imaginative and talented group we are. Photos to follow.
